Q1–Q5
Booking & pricing
Starting prices, what’s included and how to reserve your date.
01How much does it cost?
The Champagne Cart starts at $750 for four hours or $500 for a two-hour welcome; both packages cover up to 100 guests. The Mini Pink Bar starts at $950 for four hours and the Pink Bus at $1,850 for four hours; both cover up to 60 guests. Additional guests’ pricing may vary. Final pricing depends on guest count, bar hours, staffing, travel, and extras; every event is quoted individually. Complete our event inquiry form with your date and event details for a personalized quote. For quick questions, text us at 941-500-9784.
02Do you provide the alcohol?
You bring the liquor — we bring the pink. The Dream Bar is a dry-hire mobile bar: you purchase and own the alcohol, and we provide the bar experience. We help you plan with a custom alcohol shopping list built for your guest count and menu.
03What’s included in my rental?
Your starting package includes your chosen bar, bus, or cart, one professional bartender, bar tools and equipment, standard mixers and ice, garnishes, cups, napkins, straws, setup and teardown, and a custom alcohol shopping list. Additional staffing, travel and custom extras may cost more. Your individual quote confirms all package details and extras.
04How far in advance should I book?
Reach out as soon as you have a date, especially for weddings, holidays, and weekend celebrations. We’ll check availability and talk through your plans. An inquiry does not hold a date; a 50% non-refundable deposit secures it once your booking is confirmed. Venmo and Zelle are accepted.
05What’s your cancellation policy?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable because we reserve your date and turn away other events. The remaining balance is due before your event; we confirm the exact due date when you book. If weather becomes a problem for an outdoor setup, we’ll work with you to reschedule based on availability.
Q6–Q9
The dry-hire basics
You own the bottles. We make the planning easy.
06Can our guests pay for drinks at the bar (cash bar)?
Our dry-hire service is hosted by you; we do not sell alcohol to guests. Please tell us about your event and venue requirements so we can plan the right service.
07Can I pay you for the alcohol or reimburse you?
You purchase and own the alcohol directly. Our quote covers bar rental and service, not alcohol purchases or resale. We’ll help with a shopping list so you can buy your bottles at store prices.
08How much alcohol should I buy?
We build a custom shopping list around your guest count, service hours, drink menu, and preferences. Tell us what you would like to serve and how many guests you expect, and we’ll help you plan quantities.
09What happens to the leftover alcohol?
It belongs to you. During planning, let us know who should receive the remaining bottles and where you want them left after service. Ask your retailer about its policy for returning unopened bottles.
Q10–Q14
Event day
Logistics, venue requirements, and the details that make the day easy.
10Where do you serve? Is there a travel fee?
We’re based in Naples and primarily serve Southwest Florida. We also travel throughout Florida; events outside Southwest Florida require a personal quote covering travel, staffing and setup. For local Pink Bus packages, 30 travel miles are included and additional travel starts at $0.99 per mile. Mini and Champagne Cart travel are quoted separately. Send your venue or city so we can confirm the full travel plan before you book.
11Can you set up at my house or a park?
Tell us about the location and we’ll confirm a suitable setup. Mini is designed for indoor events and smaller spaces, while the bus needs suitable outdoor access and parking. For parks or public spaces, share permit requirements and venue approval. Access, power, placement, and any weather backup are confirmed during planning.
12What are your minimum service hours?
Our standard Bus and Mini Pink Bar packages include four hours of service. Mini offers five hours for $150 extra, six hours for $300 extra, or seven hours for $450 extra. Extra Bus service is $200 per hour. The Champagne Cart offers a four-hour event package or a two-hour welcome package. Ask us about your timeline and any other service duration.
13Are you insured? Can you send my venue a COI?
Please send your venue’s insurance and certificate-of-insurance requirements with your inquiry. We’ll confirm coverage and whether the requested documentation can be provided before your booking is finalized.
14Do you do signature cocktails and non-alcoholic options?
Tell us your signature cocktail ideas, favorite flavors, and non-alcoholic preferences. We’ll work through your menu and confirm the available options and any custom-menu details in your quote.
