When might I need another bartender?
The Pink Bus and Mini each need an additional bartender for more than 60 guests. Mini staffing is $350; additional Bus staffing starts at $350. With any bar, tell us about cocktails, a short welcome window, multiple serving areas, and your timeline so we can confirm staffing before you book. Your quote confirms the agreed staffing plan.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable because your date is reserved and other events are turned away. The remaining balance is due before your event; the exact due date is confirmed when you book. If weather affects an outdoor setup, we’ll work with you to reschedule based on availability.
