The Dream Bar is a mobile bar rental and bartending service based in Naples. Southwest Florida is our primary service area, and we welcome events throughout Florida by personal quote.

We bring the bar to weddings, private parties and corporate events in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral. Share your venue or city so Joanna can confirm the right setup and travel quote.
FURTHER AFIELD
Planning an event elsewhere in Florida? We travel statewide. Every event outside Southwest Florida needs a personal quote based on the destination, service hours, staffing, transport and setup requirements. Published starting prices are not an all-inclusive statewide travel quote.
AT YOUR CELEBRATION
We come to your event venue. The Dream Bar does not operate a walk-in office, shop or public bar. Please contact Joanna to plan your celebration; venue and arrival details are arranged directly when your booking is confirmed.
Local Pink Bus packages include the first 30 travel miles; the published additional rate starts at $0.99 per mile beyond that allowance. Mini and Champagne Cart travel are quoted separately. Outside Southwest Florida, request a personal travel and event quote for your chosen bar.
We confirm the route, venue access, staffing, setup and any outdoor weather backup before finalizing your booking. The Pink Bus needs suitable vehicle access and parking. Its planned return is February 2027; confirm availability for your date.
